What Causes Hot Flashes Along With Urge To Urinate?

I have been going through severe hot flashes for about 10 years. now worst than ever. was on harmone pill for about 6 years +. I am no longer my Dr suggest it was long enough. I have taken a lot of over the counter meds but nothing seem to work. I wanted to know that each time I have a hot flash it follows by me having to urinate and also my heart papitrates why is that?. I have asked some family members that r going through the hot flashes but it dosent follow by urination or heart penetrating. Mrs. Glasco
