What Causes Hot Flashes And Inflammation On Face, Legs And Arms?

Hello, I have a scrotum rash, I have been to the doctor on 2 ocassions and one thought it was intergo and gave me a cream, it did very little. the next doctor thought it was an allergic reaction. the skin is red and shiney. there is no sores but it alternates between being very hot and burning to weeping and wet. I can also feel the burning sensation from time to time on my face, legs arms and arm pits. I had a full std panel done even though I am married and niether party has been unfaithful. all negative... can you help
