What Causes Hot Flashes, Dizziness And Weight Gain?

I am suffering from hot flushes causing dizziness and sickness and my fingers are feeling numbe especially on the right hand side, I am 46 years old and have been tested for meopause and undeactive thyroid which are negative, I am also gaining weight quickly and feel tired most of the time.
