What Causes Hot Flashes, Increased Heart Rate, Diarrhoea And Frequent Urination?

Hot flashes, increased heart rate, urge to urinate frequently, diahreaha, vomiting- started last Wednesday and is not constant, but it s Sunday and would need to go to emergency if I want it looked at today, but have Doctor s app t Wednesday. I m 19 year old female and not pregnant. Suggestions?
