What Causes Hot Flashes Over Top The Foot?

Hi,

I'm 50, female, 5'10" and 147 lbs. In the last week I've experienced hot flashes over the top of my right foot only. They occur at least every 10 minutes and feels like a quick shot of hot air. Foot is not warm to the touch. I am in very good health otherwise.
