What Causes Hot Flashes,signs Of Arthritis And Acne On Face?

I just turned 40 and I feel like I am going thru early menopause. I get Hot flashes a lot, short term memory loss, achiness, signs of arthritis, and I am very fatigued. I am also concerned about my jawline on the right side of my face it seems to have a consistant itchiness with little bumps. I have never had a problem with acne before, I have always had a great complexsion. I heard this could be a hormonal issue is that true and could I be experiencing early menopause with all these symptoms and what can I do?
