What Causes Hot Flushes Along With Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hi i was wondering if you could me. I found out a few days ago im pregnant The doctors already scares me but the thought of going to get a blood test freaks me out I vomit have hot flushes and cant get of the toilet. It does not help me that iv had bad experiences before .I dont no what to do I no i have to go but iv been putting it off can you help me?
