What Causes Hot Flushes And Redness Of Cheeks?

i am 58 years old and have a history of Rosacea but have kept it under control through laser treatments. Over the last six months I have developed a condition where my cheaks get warm and flush at times and particularly at night my cheaks are warm and I wake up with redness on my cheaks. Any ideas?
