What Causes Hot Flushes On Face And Cold Feet?

Ok, although it may be cold and I wrap myself, my feet is cool and if I cover with light blanket, they get boiling hot and I have to keep stuff away from them. Now my face gets red and the rest of me is cool so what's up? I am 68 years old so am over the menopause stuff and have no blood pressure
