What Causes Hot Flushes While On Birth Control Pills?

Hello: I am 28 year old female. I have pcos. I take yaz birth control and also 50mg of luvox. My questions is that I feel hot all the time and tired . Almost like I am getting ready to start my period which is impossible becuase I am on the pill.
