What Causes Hot Flushes While Using Premarin Vaginal Cream?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 65 years old and have been experiencing warm flashes from chest to abdomen for the past couple of days. I'm always fearful of a heart attack or stroke. I have been using Premarin Vaginal cream for about 7 months to ease the burning caused by vaginal atrophy. Could the hot flashes be reoccuring due to taking this drug.
