What Causes Hot Sweats, Frequent Urination And Heavy Periods?

I have underactive thyroid, high blood pressure and I am anaemic, I have also been taking HRT, which I have just come off, I am on 75mg of thyroxine and a combination of blood pressure meds, I take sodium feredatate for anaemia. Even after taking all this medication I still get hot sweats, pass urine a lot, heavy periods. My gastroenterologist sent me for a scan, which I was asked if I had heavy & irregular periods, I am also due to have an endoscopy next week, so I am unsure what is still causing my problems
