What Causes Ichy Rash On Stomach While Having Diabetes?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am diabetic and have developed a rash on my stomache under my navel. It did itch some but it is now just a darken oval shape spot longer than my hand. Almost reminds me of burned skin.
