What Causes Illness While Having Hole In Heart?

Hello I am a 42 yr old female. I have been very ill and today felt extremely off so I took my blood pressure and it also checked my heart rate. 114/70... heart rate 76. I have been told that I have a hole in part of my heart that is small but can affect my heart rate, also I have a heart murmur, GBS and fibro. I am concerned about feeling this way. should I call the dr office
