What Causes Imbalance Issues After Having Treatment For Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever?

I had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever two years ago from a tick bite, of course. I currently have no leftover symptoms until yesterday and today am feeling the same way I did then neurologically. I feel as if I'm being pulled in one direction when I walk--just for a few minutes yesterday and a few minutes today. I had double vision yesterday. Otherwise, I'm wonderfully healthy and always have been. No change in diet or exercise recently.
