What Causes Imbalance Of Body With Sudden Rise In BP?

Today I was busy cleaning my house and after I took a shower I want to walk to the kitchen and I could only walk to the right. I stopped and called my husband who helped me to sit down and took my BP which was 155 over 86. Took it again a couple minutes later and it was 126 over 83. I do take verapamil (75) daily and I had not taken it before this happened. I felt fine a few minutes later, but got a headache and have felt somewhat tired, otherwise ok
