What Causes Implanon Bleeding After 2 Years?

i have had the implanon implant for the past two and a half years...whilst i have had it i have never taken a period...over the past couple of days i have had a brown clumpy discharge and i dont know what it is?could you please help me as i hate goin to the doctors
