What Causes Inability To Control Urine And Have Bruises On Back?

Hi, my partner noticed bruises on my back near my kidneys. I have had a bit of a weak bladder since may last year, but didn t think to much of it as I delivered a stillborn at 34 weeks and your bladder is never the same after a kid. But sometimes I don t make it to the toilet and it s very last second, when I need to pee I have to run. If someone is on the toilet I will pee a little in my pants :( any answers doc?
