What Causes Inability To Empty The Bladder Completely?

Hi, I am wondering I have had at least 3 bladder surgerys within about 5 years. know I am having going pee, what happens is I feel the urge to go, so I go and use the bathroom, everything is okay I think I am done but just as I go to get up I wipe then I sart peeing again, then I sit back down. Then I kept up and this keeps happening for a few minutes. I also leak more then I used to when I cough or sneeze. I really want this fixed. I also noticed that I feel lots of preesure on my bladder from all the scar tissue that has built up from my surgerys. Would I benefit from having my bladder fixed again and if the doctor took out all the scar tissue out. Would that make my bladder surgery work right this time.
