What Causes Inability To Take Food Despite Having Normal Endoscopy?

I have been sick for over a month - had cronic bronchitis and severe asthama - could not eat - had an endoscopy - everything normal - but I still have trouble eating - been drinking a lot of Boost drinks - and trying to eat very soft food - lost 15 lbs in a month - very weak - last night started feeling like the veins in my arms and legs were jumping - my doctor just won t listen to me ... what do you think?
