What Causes Increase In Belly Fat Despite Undergoing Laproscopy Of Left Ovary?

Hi..M Jisha and m 19 years old (going to be 20 within a few months) .So I had undergone laproscopy for the removal of a fatty cyst on my left ovary 2 years ago. M a very thin person but my belly fat has increased a lot & I really want to reduce it. So is it okay if I do exercise for it?
