What Causes Increase In Body Temperature When Depo Shot Being Injected?

i have just got my second depo shot and i passed out durning it, all i remember is my body heating up while it was being injected i was not nervous and i dont smoke weed, what could have made me do that? and do i seek medical attention because im still shaking all the time and do not feel like myself?
