What Causes Increased Anxiety, Dizziness And Irritability After Taking Wellbutrin?

I am a 54 year old lady. I am taking wellbutrin twice a day for general anxiety. I started last week. Now I feel more anxious, still dizzy and irritable. What is the cause? My symptom is not depression. The symptom that I feel is like a little electrical zap in my brain but not feeling that my head is spinning. It is hard to explain. Also when I am walking I feel that my right leg is heavy and my tongue is also burning. It is very hard to have that feeling. I would like to have your opinion. Thank you.
