What Causes Increased Appetite, Passing Of Gas And Increased Sensitivity To Smells?

Hi, for the past week I ve been having a bubbly feeling in my stomach and I feel hungry even right after eating a meal. I ve also been passing gas more than usual. I don t have any increased sensitivity to smells/tastes but I feel constantly hungry.
