What Causes Increased Body Temperature And Redness In Chest, Neck And Head?

just would like to confirm my (not doctor) guess. I ate cooked muscles, raw tuna and pappaya this morning, which I bought about a couple days ago. After which, I felt hot and head, neck and upper chest skin red. I took an allergy over the counter med. thinking reaction to muscles or fish. What do you think?
