What Causes Increased Libido Along With Stomach Cramps?

Hello, I've had mirena since November 2014. I was taking reclipsen before hand, and the dr said i could take it woth mirena too the new year (dodnt want to get my period well my boyfriend was home from college) i stopped taking it and recently I've had an increased sex drive, some cramping, and sore nipples. I can still feel the strings though. I want to know if this is normal?
