What Causes Increased Weight Gain After Copper-T Insertion?

hi i m 23 f my baby is of 2yr i inserted copper t from past 1and half yrs but from few days my stomach is increasing very fast to out wards and i hve gained wt too wht the reason behind it and wht should i do to maintain my wt and figure plz help me out
