What Causes Increasing Neck Pain Radiating Towards Shoulders, Blurred Vision And Fatigue?

I ve been having an increasing weird pain on the two sides of my neck! if I put my fingers behind my ears and press on the bonds of the 2 sides it is very tender there! the pain has been shooting down the two sides of my neck thru my shoulders to my both arms where I feel so much of very weird fatigue that I am never used to! associated with headache ! and today for the first time my eyes went blurry on me and felt a bit nausea, no pain in any of my ears thou! I feel a general fatigue throughout my body of a different kind that I am never used before. thanks
