What Causes Increasing Pain In Left Of Abdomen?

I have ibs, gluten sensitive,diary sensitive( but test says not lactose sensitive). For the last several days I wake up with a small pain in my left side, then it goes to the rightside in about 4 hrs and ultimely my stomach. When I wakeup it s usually -raysclose to ok. Today its only been the left side increasing inpain all day. ERCP 6/2013 and stones removed. Ever since then I ve had pains in right side,not left. MRCP 8/2013, and cat scans ultra sounds,x-rays and many gastro appts. Colonoscopys 6/13 and 7/13. Poor results because I have Pelvic Floor pain and use oxycontin for pain. Next colon test in 3 weeks. Can I wait to see my Dr. till Mon. or go to the ER for another sett of tests?
