What Causes Indentation And Discoloration On Upper Arm Of A Child?

My 14 year old daughter has an indention in her upper right arm there is discoloration and pain only when touched. I have had an ultra sound done and also xrays. Both came out normal. Her blood work showed that her platelets were high and there was a small trace of blood in her urine. Please help!
