What Causes Indentation Below The Knees Along With Disproportionate Legs?

Hello, I have knees that are disproportionate to the legs where there is a dimple below both knees where there has been the absence of regular pelvic anatomy due to injury. The knees are impossible to believe the appearance as to the way they used to be before the pelvic injuries.
