What Causes Indigestion Along With Loose Bowels?

hi doctor, i am xyz 25 years old unmarried female. i had previous history of nephritis (aged 3) at that time. presently i had been sufferring from UTI according to reports. i am taking the following medicines Zeegut , Peenaz D and Ofbact OZ. the symptoms of UTI have Subsided but i am having continous loosemotion (watery stools). and unable to digest it. kindly help ASAP
