What Causes Indigestion And Bloating Along With Foul Smelling Bowels?

Hi My husband has a chronic issue of indigestion, bloating, loose, foul smelling and floating stools. He has to go several times a day but never gets the feeling of empty stomach. He does not have crohn s or celiac disease. However, he is sensitive to dairy. Since last 2 years he is having pain in his elbows and neck and shoulders. The blood test for arthritis came out negative. We have not been able to figure out the cause for inflammation. Please advise. Thanks Payal Singh
