What Causes Indigestion And Vomiting In A Child?

My six year old does not digest anything what ever is given he vomits. Doctor told us stop giving milk.eventhen he is not showing any sign of improvmment.but during the day he digest his food.what. May be the cause.n cure of this morning vomiting.
