What Causes Indigestion Of Extended Release Morphine Pills?

I take 60 mg extended release morphine pills 3 times a day. I have a problem in digesting them with the wax matrix or something in the formulation. I have pulled them out of my bowel momvents and told my Dr. If im not digesting them, I am hurting a lot. are there medications without this new tamper proof stuff that people who can't take them can use?
