What Causes Indigestion,sore Tongue And Tiredness?

hi sir, i am 35 years old women. i had my papsmear test on march it said in report that the smear shows mainly intermediate squamous cells few superficial cells occasional squamous metaplastic cells and few polymorphs.and now a days i am feeling very week and sour tounge and digestion problem plz help me
