What Causes Infection Due To An Implant In The Arm?

I had the implant put in on thursday it had to be put in the arm i write with as i allready had the implant last month in the left arm but had to have it taken out dew to infection i have found it really painfull to lift my arm and i think my implant has moved i cant actually feel one end of it i dont no if i should get it checked out or if i would just be wasting their time
