What Causes Infection On Foreskin And Difficulty In Urination?

Sir, I have got infection and i found that front skin became red and started bleeding. It was too much pain to go for urinal. I took Vibramycin, it became slightly ok. again it became bad. I think it was due to having saxual relation to other women. I am taking medicine since 2 months but not cured. please help me.
