What Causes Infertility At The Age Of 42?

Hi I been trying for a baby for just over 2 after having 2 abortion, with the same man, sometimes my circle is 32 and feb to march is 28. I just turned 42 on the 4th march and my period started today the 5th. I'm very upset that I'm not a mummy yet.
