What Causes Infertility Having All The Reports Normal?

Hi Ddoctor,

I am marrie for 4 years,...trying for a baby since last 8 months.....have regular periods.

the scans say that i do not have any issues withthe eggs and the falopian tubes. Also, my husbands reports are normal.

Pls let me know why i am unable to conceive yet? can there be any other issue?
