What Causes Infertility Having Irregular Periods?

hi am 21 year female and my partner and i are trying for are 2nd child but i dont seem as if i can get preg we have been trying for nearly a year now my toms come all diffent times here is my last3 toms 17nov,8thdec,4thjan and 30th jan 2011 please can u help us
