What Causes Inflammation Above The Collar Bone?

Hi... I have CFS/Fibro and have some kind of visible inflammation in the indentation just above my collarbone. INW it s puffed out rather than indented. Can you tell me what might be going on there? Thank you. Shannon never mind, I didn t know there was a charge.
