What Causes Inflammation Above The Hip While Coughing And Sneezing?

Ive been coughing for over a week but its eased off now but in its place i have a sort of burning pain just above my left hip wheneva i cough or sneeze....its hard to explain.....i feel like ive been wearing my trousers too tight its not painfull but more like uncomfortable...until i cough or sneeze
