What Causes Inflammation Along With Pain In Penis?

Hello,
My husband said that he has burning and pain in his penis. he feels like he has to urinate but nothing really comes out. He is very uncomfortable for the last few hours. What do you recommend. The urologist doesn't have hours until tomorrow.
