What Causes Inflammation And Pain In Liver?

I started having liver inflammation January 6th followed by a blistering rash on the right side of my back and upper abdomen on the 8th. I also have a headache, dizziness, a severe amount of abdominal pain in the liver region and up into my shoulder, a low grade fever of around 100.2, muscle cramps in the backs of my legs, and nausea bad enough that I cannot eat as of yesterday. The liver inflammation is a recurrent thing that was originally thought to be my gallbladder that they then removed only to find out that was not what was causing the pain. I have Sjogren's syndrome that is well managed. The only medications I take regularly are singulair and zyrtec. I have a endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow. My GI does not think that this is an issue with the sphincter of oddi, because my liver enzymes spike when there is no inflammation of the liver rather than when there is. I have had a liver biopsy and it came back as my having inflammation of an undetermined cause.
Any Ideas or advice would be welcomed. I am about to take myself to the hospital I feel so poorly and am hurting so much.
