What Causes Inflammation And Swelling In Vagina?

Hi..i am 18..i have some thing of bulge on my vagina,near pubic lips..it is like inflammation,it is red and hot...I have simulation of sex with my boyfriend but we were not nake..What should i do? It hutrs when i move,walk and sit..Should i take some medicine?
