What Causes Inflammation And Wetness On Bottom Of Toes?

Hi, for six months now, the bottom of my toes have been pink and wet to the touch. I clean my feet every day and put on fresh socks. Sometimes, my feet get so moist, they stick to my socks. I m just curious what this could be. I also am experiencing leg sourness spasms for no reason.
