What Causes Inflammation In Montgomery Glands?

I've han an inflamed Montgomery gland for many years. My gynecologist would see it and would tell me that it was nothing. However, I just noticed that it changed color??? Is now reddish. No pain or anything. I'm 48 and going through menopause. Is this due to that? Please let me know what kind of doctor specializes in this?
