What Causes Inflammation In Nostrils?

I am having trouble breathing due to allergies. I have been to urgent care and they prescribed me a nasal spray, Claritin D, Benadryl, and said to take ibroprofen. I have been taking these tings daily since Thursday and I feel no better maybe even worse. My left nostril is so inflamed that no air can pass through, the right nostril is inflamed but not as much. I have a fever of 100.1. and now its irritating my throat to breath. so my question is... What should be my next step? I cant afford to miss any more school.
