What Causes Inflammation Of Belly Button After Gallbladder Removal?

hello, I had my gallbladder removed about 3 weeks ago and all my incisions are healed and everything is going well, except my belly button. I noticed a few days ago that it is red and had a little white stuff in it. not too much to think that it is infected but I m getting a little worried. it kind of looks like eczema. Im not sure what it really is. infection?
